I did a complete restructure of the lobby with designer furnishings, custom-designed chandeliers, Phillip wallpaper collection.  For the Apartment Units I tore out the galley kitchen top make a fully open floor plan, Med a full master en-suite bath after reassigning a closet from the second bedroom to incorporate a full luxury walk-in shower so unfounded by with natural stone luxe tile.
